Refer a Friend

Park Lane Villa residents - refer a friend to live at Park Lane Villa and receive a $400 credit towards your rent! Submit the information below and we'll invite your friend to check out our community. Download the referral form here, and follow the instructions to complete your referral. Your referral must sign a 12-month lease in order for you to qualify for the $400 credit.

In order to qualify for the $400 referral credit, the resident referring a new tenant must follow all the steps listed on the referral form and submit the completed referral form via email to [email protected] before the referred party submits and application online or in person. Referral credits will be issued 60 days from the date the referred tenant moves in. Referral credits will only be paid as a credit towards rent, and the person referring a new tenant must be a current resident in good standing at the time the referral credit is issued. The person referred must also be in good standing. Not applicable toward delinquent account balances.
