FAQ

Are there any grocery stores near Park Lane Villa?

Yes! We offer free grocery delivery through PrestoFresh and Zagara's Marketplace. In addition to that, there is a Rite Aid right around the corner on Chester Avenue, a Dave's Market 1.5 miles down Chester Avenue, and a Constantino's Market 0.8 miles away on Euclid Avenue. Giant Eagle, Aldi, Heinen's, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods and Wal-Mart are a short driving distance away. Many of our residents also use Amazon Fresh and Instacart food delivery services, amongst others!

Is the Park Lane Villa community secure?

Park Lane Villa takes many precautions to keep the community secure. We have a 24-hr Concierge staff who acts as a doorman in the Park Lane Villa lobby and security cameras throughout the community and inside/outside of our parking garage. We are also within the jurisdiction of 4 police departments - University Circle PD, Case Western PD, Cleveland Clinic PD and Cleveland PD.
Do you have on-site parking?

Park Lane Villa has a connected covered parking garage and an uncovered lot with gated access for residents' use. Please contact the office for parking rates.
Is Concierge only available during certain hours?

Our Concierge staff is on site 24/7 and can assist with anything you need! Stop by the Concierge desk in the lobby or call the Concierge cell phone # to ask a question or submit a request. You can typically find one of our Concierge team members in the lobby, whether they're opening the door for residents and/or guests, hand delivering a package, taking a resident's dog outside for a walk, or just making conversation with someone who has had a long day at work or school. Our Concierge is here for you any time of the day!
Is Park Lane Villa pet friendly?

Yes! We welcome most dogs, cats and a few other types of pets! Please let us know what type of pet you plan on bringing with you, and we will be able to provide more information. Those who have a pet are required to pay a one-time nonrefundable $300 pet fee per pet (2 max), but there is no monthly pet fee! We may also ask for veterinary documentation.
What utilities am I responsible for paying?

Residents are responsible for electric, heating/cooling, water and sewage. Your utilities are already set up for you when you move into your new apartment, so you don't have to worry about setting anything up (except for internet and cable)! You can easily pay your utility bill when you pay your monthly rent on our online resident portal.
Does the application and application fee hold an apartment for me?

The application (and fee) is the first step to see if you meet the requirements for approval to live at Park Lane Villa! Our one-time $75/per person application fee or $25/per person guarantor fee hold an apartment for 24 hours. After that time, if everything is approved, we would require a security deposit to actually hold the apartment for you.
Do you offer short-term leases?

At this time, we are unable to offer lease terms less than 12 months.
