Words from our Residents

appily at home, at Park Lane Villa, proud residents tell their timeless story.

"I have the most unique apartment West of the Hudson."

"I moved from California with a love for the Upper East Side and the New York vibe. And Park Lane Villa is a Touch of Park Avenue on Park Lane. It's the whole experience of living in University Circle, Little Italy and Cleveland's cultural Mecca that's so intriguing. As the first resident to move into Park Lane Villa, I couldn't believe that the Concierge Service was ready to serve me, alone. They get my groceries and even put the cold items in the refrigerator if I'm not home. With a demanding career, I want to spend the little free time I have enjoying the perks of Park Lane Villa. I am excited for the opening of the bistro bar at the North entrance. I can see myself as Norm from Cheers; I'll park myself at the end of that beautiful bar when I get home."

"My friends are jealous of my suite life at Park Lane Villa."

"As a graduate student at Case Western Reserve University, I enjoy my five minute stroll from home to class through Cleveland's diverse University Circle. But the best thing about Park Lane Villa is how it brings people together. Each month I meet new residents during special celebrations; such as the Super Bowl party and salsa dancing lessons that were held in the Ballroom, as well as the New Years Eve party that was thrown in the South lobby. During the last big snow storm, the electricity throughout the city went out and Christina Alletto, the Managing Partner, joined all the residents in the South lobby and bought us dinner. It was an unforgettable experience that typically wouldn't happen in any other apartment complex. There is nothing I would change about my life at Park Lane Villa, except maybe the weather."

"It's the apartment itself. It really is the highlight of my day when I come home."

"Even though Park Lane Villa is very close and convenient to my work at the Cleveland Clinic, it's not the reason I live here. It's the apartment itself. I chose my suite even before the renovation was complete. I foresaw the magnificent brilliance that Park Lane Villa was flourishing into and couldn't wait to share its beauty and excitement with my friends and family. I remember a friend coming over and saying this was the nicest place she's ever seen. Not only does Park Lane Villa dazzle in its design; it is a home where staff and residents are a family. During the power outage from last winter's storm, Christina Alletto, the Managing Partner of Park Lane Villa, comforted everyone in the South lobby and bought 20 to 25 different dishes from Guarino's Italian Restaurant!"
